Take a look at our example travel itineraries and complete the custom trip planner or just email, skype or phone us (don't worry about the cost of phoning New Zealand, we'll phone you back at a time convenient for you).

 

 

WE DESIGN YOUR IDEAL TRIP...

Taking into account your desires, time-frame and budget, we'll email you a draft proposal, including services and costs. We are happy to liaise with you as much as you'd like to make sure we have met your needs. We are happy to make any amendments to the plans until you are sure it is right. As we do not have "off the shelf" travel packages and we spend time and effort in creating the perfect holiday we charge a small administration fee for this service (between $100 - $250, depending on the duration of your holiday). It is up to you where you take it from here. You can either take your itinerary and make the bookings yourself and we will wish you well on your travels. Or, if you want the whole Three Islands NZ service, once we have agreed on an itinerary and price for your trip, we take a 25% deposit and confirm all arrangements before your trip. The administration fee is deducted from your total due.

 

Payments can be processed through our recommended international transfers provider Audere Transfers. You can register with them as a personal client via the flowing link http://www.auderetransfers.com/register. If you are sending funds from a corporate bank account, please sign up for a ‘Business account’. We recommend their services as the exchange rates they offer are far better than PayPal or a bank transfer and they don’t charge additional remittance fees.

WE MAKE THE BOOKINGS...

We will then make the bookings on you behalf and confirm with you once all the reservations are made. The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to your travel. We will provide you with all your travel documents and a full travel itinerary

 

 

BEFORE YOU LEAVE...

In addition to your travel documents, you'll receive a full travel itinerary containing helpful suggestions, distances and local information (in PDF format). To help you, of you are the tech-savvy type, we can also set up the TripIt Travel App with all your travel details, including car hire, internal flights and hotel, restaurant and activity reservations etc. You can use this handy travel app pre-trip (adding your international flight information) and on the road (tablet or smartphone) to easily keep track of your travel plans. TripIt organises all of your travel plans into a single itinerary that is easy to access online or on your mobile device. To save you money, time and hassle, a Samsung Galaxy smart phone, including GPS, can be couriered to your home for a small fee. It includes a pre-paid SIM card, so this way you will know your NZ number before you even leave home. This is very useful for friends, family and business contacts. It will also have the Trip It app installed with all your travel details and booking confirmations.
